kann mir vielleicht jemand einen Tip für einen nicht orginalen Akku geben z.B ein 2s pack welches man auf 1s umlötet. Hab heut schon 360 Rhinos versucht , die sind aber zu breit. 203 Seiten durchforsten ist mir zu anstrengend. Vielleicht ist jemand so nett:-)
Die haben doch die Maße der Align Lager, das klemmt doch.
Also bis jetzt fliegt meiner noch ohne Probleme, aber da ich am Wochenende vor Publikum fliege, werde ich mal einen dünnen Lackdraht durchfädeln, sicher ist sicher!
Die Walkeralösung gefällt mir bis jetzt am besten, muss nur schauen wo es die Teile günstig gibt und das Porto nicht die Teile übertrifft.
Irgendwie haben die da wohl nicht so richtig mitgelesen...

Bin mal gespannt, ob in den nächsten Tagen eine längere BLW bei denen gelistet wird.
Dann wird es halt hoffentlich nicht zu eng,nicht daß die dann an den Blattwurzeln ansteht.Aber bei den Plasteblättern kann man denk ich schon ein paar Zehntel wegnehmen an der Wurzel.

So schauts leider aus. Gestern bin ich etwas unsanft heruntergekommen, und vorsorglich wie man ist, gleich die BLW getauscht. In diesem Zug nochmals die 1,2er Kugellager aufgezogen jeweils zur Blattseite - mit dem Ergebnis das er träge auf Pitch reagiert, also wieder die Originallager rein!
Die Lager als Tuningteile zu verkaufen ist schon ganz schön dreist.. Aber vermutlich ein Markt!
We have been working very hard regarding the reports of 'bearing/grip' issues.
Essentially, the bulletin is offering all mCP X customers a new revised rotor head.
The revised 'B' head is complete, minus the blades and blade screws, this will make it easy for the customer to replace. It is assembled and includes all the bearings, grips, spindle, dampers, spacers, etc.
I will provide some additional background information for you enthusiasts on the internet.
A key difference is that the plastic between the bearings has been increased. The result of this is that even if the bearing disassembles itself, and the balls are removed, the inner race of the bearing cannot pass through the grips.
It is almost like a backup plastic bearing, and we have flown multiple packs through this configuration (without the 'balls' in the bearings), and while the performance is degraded, there are no thrown blades.
We have also rigged helis with balls but no ball separater ring, and flown them untill the bearing completed its dissassembly in flight, with no dramatic effects. (There were many tests of the altered parts which are not detailed here)
The new grips can be identified by a small 'B' molded in the outer part of the grip. As of today 'March 24, 2011', there are none of these in the field, so even though the document is written to be 'future proof', do not expect to find any of the B's as of now.
Additionally, as I said before, we have standardized on the 'brass ring out' configuration of the bearings as the consistent and preferred orientation of the bearings, and the B heads are assembled this way.
We are working with our supply chain to make sure bearing quality is per our expectations.
For other minor adjustments....
The early B heads have a custom thread lock (pre dried) compound inside the spindle threads. We are evaluating changing to the '222 purple' thread lock standard in the future. (Properly tightened, no thread lock seems to work fine)
The altered design also traps the outer bearing spacer cage against the plastic wall, further minimizing the opportunity for bearing dissassembly on the outer bearing which primarily takes axial loads.
For timing, there is a requirement for a large qauntity of these around the world, and it is our highest priority to take care of our existing customers. Some quantity is already in route via express shipping. I think the product will start going to customers early next week, and as an expectation, I expect it will take up to 3 weeks to fill all the requirements (my personal feeling). I know that even a few days seems like a long time in this internet age, and we are working hard to minimized the time. Look for the form early... as this should result in getting the updated head early.
(For folks outside the US and Canada, check at your local Blade distributers outlets for more information... It may be best to allow one more day to allow them to the the final methods in place)
