Ich würde beides im Vorfeld schon mit loctite untereinander verkleben. Ich glaube mit sekundenkleber kommst du da nicht so weit.

Dear Customers,

Firstly I like to thank you for pre-ordered the Chase 360 helicopter!

You should have all been received your orders and maybe even maidened it already, base on the customer feedback globally and test with the designer/engineering team, we have identified the following issues/improvements that you need to be aware of:

- The stock plastic tail blades cannot be used with the Chase, the molds design causing them to be too heavy for the Chase and the material used resulting them flex too much. It will cause high vibration on the tail and make the Chase unflyable, even break the carbon tail boom completely in extreme case. STOP using and discard them immediately please. KDS is making the new molds to produce suitable ones and you will receive 2 pairs of the newly replacement as soon as they become available.
- The original second stage pinion (KC-360-030) was missing the top flange, I have sent out the replacement to you but unfortunately they were wrongly supplied by KDS and are too long to fit in the motor cage assembly, this is very disappointing and embarrassing I am so sorry for the disappointment and inconvenience this must have cause you... Please discard them and the correct ones have been expressed out to me and will be sent to you ASAP.
- Some of the belt pulley (KC-360-017) is not running true, the inner bearing might be the issue, this is an isolated issue so if it affects you, please contact us to arrange a RMA to have it replaced.

That's what we have identified so far, if there is any other issue you are experiencing, please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss. We are committed to improve the Chase and make it the best RC helicopter.

On behalf KDS I say sorry again for all the troubles these might have caused and big thank you for your patient and support!

Ich denke, das würd nicht viel nutzen, da das Kupferband nicht auf beiden Seiten kupfern ist...

Wenn das Ritzel nicht passen sollte ist das sehr ärgerlich. Gerade wie bei mir, da ich noch zwei Wochen Urlaub habe, und der Chase wohl stehen muss, falls mein provisorium nicht klappt... :/

Bezüglich den Heckblatthalterschrauben:

Die des Blade 450x (450 3D sind identisch) passen von der Schaftlänge her genau. Der Schaft hört minimal hinter dem Heckblatt auf, also das Heckblatt liegt komplett auf dem Schaft auf.

Es gibt zwar auch ein Hardware Set mit allen Schrauben etc, aber das ist wesentlich teurer...

Die Jesusschraube vom Rex 450 passt genau für die Heckrotorblätter.

Die des Blade 450x (450 3D sind identisch) passen von der Schaftlänge her genau.

Ist ja witzig, die habe ich auch gerade montiert

Die Alignschrauben (H25125T) vom T-Rex 250 passen zwar auch, aber die vom 450X
gefallen mir deutlich besser, hier noch der Vergleich, original-H25125T-BLH1670

Gibts eigentlich eine Lösung dafür, dass sich das Kunststoffrad der Heckschiebehülse
nicht mitdreht, das macht bei mir Schleifgeräusche.

Beim 450X ist da eine Sperre drin, das kann sich maximal um 180° mitdrehen.

Man könnte ja einfach ein Stück Kunststoff oder Carbon dort einkleben, spricht da was gegen?

Einfach einen ordentlichen Tropfen 2K-Kleber rein. So hab ich es beim Goblin 500 auch gemacht. Dann dreht die Scheibe nicht mehr mit.
