    Welle fur Graupner BO-105

Sorry for not writing in German. Reading it is no problem but writing is another story.

Since a few years I'm building an exact scale replica of the PH-RPX, a dutch police helicopter in CBS-4 version. To check the project look at:

The Graupner Uniexpert mechanik will be fitted with a 4 blade Vario rotorhead. However, it will not fit on the standard rotorshaft so I have to use another shaft. Has anyone made this conversion before and how did he do it? Graupner does not supply a 4-blade rotorhead for this kit anymore.

    Thx for your advise.

    Hello Bonechopper,

I have the Uni 2000 mechanik and I bought the rotorshaft by www.ofheli.de
He produces the rotorshaft on your specification. The rotorshaft for the Vario rotorhead should be 2cm longer than the original one and a borehole with a diameter of 3mm 3,5cm from the top of the rotorshaft.

    Greetings

      Dear Ralf,

Thx for the tip, what a great forum. What's the space between the bottom end of the rotorhead and the swashplate?

      Grz. Bone.
