I noticed that the stock Ace RC 50A ESC motor timing setting for my E360 was set to 6 degrees. However, the Thunder Tiger ESC setting video indicates 12 degrees. My YEP ESC programming card works with the ESC so it appears that the Ace RC model is based on the YEP clone (or is a licensed YGE copy) and that showed the 6-degree setting. I set it to 12 degrees, enabled governor store, and did the 100% throttle calibration at 4.1V. The headspeed seems low at 85% though. I bumped it to 90% (being aware that leaves very little headroom for the governor to work with) and the headspeed still seems low.
If you have the Ace RC ESC, what is your motor timing setting? If indeed the Ace ESC is a licensed copy of the YGE model, then I'm confused because the postings I've seen indicate that outrunner motors should be set to a minimum of 18 degrees with the YGE/YEP models.
