First of all sorry I have to do the topic in English, as my German is not at level...
Oke here is the deal;
I have a Millennium III with a YS-91 ST Engine, using coolpower 30% and a OS -8- plug.
the main problem is that the heli suffers a lot from vibration.
I put de heli on a workmate (using tie-raps & head-loaders)
to get good access to the carb. adjusting the low-needle
setting is not a problem, though i'm not 100% happy.
at this stage the heli suffers already from a lot of vibration; high freq.
(tail rotor and main rotor not turning, even the clutch is not engaged....)
so only the engine is running and the fan is spinning!
if you put your vinger tip to the fan-housing you can feel the high freq. vibration.
it is like touching an electric sanding machine...
also you can feel it in the gyro sensor unit, yes which is mounted on foam....
the same with the seros
this can not be normal.
ps, in flight the gyro sens can not be more than 50% also this is not normal.
we tried al lot of things, but at this stage i'm out of options !!
