Please allow me to clarify few points.
- This was a Diabolo kit with Diabolo S mechanics. I bought the complete kit from MC.
-MC agreed to replace all parts based on all the documentation I sent them.
- Two days after my incident MC sent an email to all Diabolo S owners advising them new gears in route. Also not to hover the DS at 2200 RPM or more.
-Parts where sent out to me and came as far as my local fedex office but was sent back to MC based on their request just because I made a safety comment not even related to this incident.
-I contacted my local MC distributor and advised him that this is not the right thing to do and to ask Gerd to reconsider. I was told he will not.
-I sent Gerd the same Message an email four days ago with the same contents you read on page one. Gerd chose not to respond.
-I would like to state this very clearly I like the Heli and I bought two its within four month and I would keep flying had Gerd done the RIGHT thing.
-My local distributor been outstanding from day one and i would do business with him any day. Yet he can not provide me with any parts as he been instructed by MC.
-I have evidence for each word I stated here in a form of email or pictures and Fedex tracking info showing package at my local office and then sent back. I would post pictures and emails but unfortunately I don't know how to do it here. but willing to provide it.
-At this point MC can send me the parts or if they refuse to do so then take their product back and give me refund and this is a closed case.
