i was just wondering , i read a lot of stuff about people measuring the temperature of the engine . i read a lot of different value's , from max 100 grad to max 140 .
i think that the place you measure is the most important .
i have fitted a smartcarb on my mp and put the sensor just above the exhaust.
before , i had the sensor in between the blue ribs . now i lowert it towards the cylinder itself , but , i am not sure how hot that can max be before the motor goes too hot.
i made 2 fotos and i try too include them .
so if the foto works , please tell me you measure if you have ever measured on the same spot , becouse if you measure 3 fins up , the temp is about 20 degrees cooler.
