hallo leute
Ich habe eine 3dmp xl V91. Ich möchte ein flybarless heli daraus machen.
was brauche ich, um alle Rotorkopf ändern? Jan hat Henseleit Umbausatz für flybarless Rotorkopf? Ich kann nichts finden auf der Website.

i have received an email back from jan . he does not have a flybarless head for the mp .
he did not tell me if the parts will be back in the shop in the future . this is a bit worrying , as i like my mp and i even like the nt more . but these helicopters will become impossible to fly without the possibility to buy parts .

Der Kopf des MP-XL ist nach dem gleiche Prinzip aufgebaut wie der von meinem Minijoker.
Als FBL Umbausatz gab es damals ein paar Teile mit denen das sehr einfach zu realisieren war.

Beim MP-XL ist dies auch möglich. Die Führungskulissen am Rotorkopfzentralstück sind dabei so zu modifizieren, dass in der Mitte des Weges nur noch ein rundes Loch für die Paddelstange bleibt. Oder einfach neue Bleche mit nur einem Loch für die Paddelstange aufschrauben.
Die oberen Kugelgelenke des Taumelscheinbenmitnehmers 100 müssen mit dem Blatthalterarm 116 verbunden werden. Dafür ist die alte Paddelstangenanlenkung zu entfernen. An deren Stelle wir ein Kugelbolzen eingesetzt welcher bis zur Mitte der Paddelstange reicht. (Evtl. reicht Teil 128b?)

ah danke bodo , i will look into that . but for now i will firstlook into wich fbl will work fine on a nitro engine . some pilots have told me that it is very difficult to get a fbl drift -free on a mpxlv91 .

Ich fliege das HC-3X auf dem MP-XL V91. Kein Problem. Das Einstellen braucht zwar etwas mehr Zeit in der Einflugphase, aber danach ist es nur noch tanken - fliegen - Spaß haben.

aha i see . the hc 3x is the robbe fbl ?
first i have to do a bit of mainatnace , i have the mpxl since 2008 , and it was time to change the battery and fuel lines .
i have ordered new tailblades (orginale) and new o-rings for head damping . since i fly again with the heli , it has a nasty wobble on lower rpm . i think it is the old o-ring in the head .
i always had 4 black o-rings in the head (hardest) but now i ordered 2 red and 2 black rings at jan's shop .
does anybody know what is best to put them in the head ? the manual say that it makes a difference if the red rings or on the outside or on the inside (pagina 11/75 mpxl manual) ?
i have had enough of my 3d attempts , i want to concentrate on low rpm big fugures flying , and i want the heli to be 100 % vibration free .

this rpm is what i want to fly.
unfortunatly , if i fly this now , i get bad wobbles , so my question is , what configuration would be advisable with the red and black o-rings .
and what would be the effect if the o-rings are too soft for 1900 rpm , a bad flying heli ?

I do have the red/black ring mixture, but to be honest, I made it, as stated in the manual.
With this, I never had vibrations, but my head speed is between 1300 - 1900rpm.

aha , thanks looser . do you remember in what order you put them in ? (red or black first in , in manual example 2 and 3 ) or would it not make a big difference ?

i also think i might not go fbl . i have heard some bad storys about vibes , these were all with the cheaper fbl systems . and i heard good storys here , but all with the 500 euro systems . and 500 euro plus rotorhead is a bit too much . i am getting the 'wiederbelebung" with the old bird again , as the performance of the heli will always be better then my piloting skillz

Hi ferry,

I spent about 500 € in total (FBL system incl. new rotor head), but it was worth to do it.
But the HC-3X is now much cheaper... ;-)

Anyway....I put the black rings first in (sample 2), as I'd prefer a stable hoovering (no 3D flying).

i see . what hc 3 model you have on your heli looser ? i am looking at the robbe website , but now i see that there are several models . the cheapest is 219 euro and expesivesed is 479 euro . what is the difference , as i see that the cheapest is the 3d model , huh ?
does anybody know what the difference is ?
i also have put in the new o rings , i put red in first , and black on the outside . it hoovers smooth , i love it ) !
