Dearest All,
we are very proud to announce the second edition of 3DX Italy - International 3D Flight Championship 2009, that will take place in the same flying field, located in Cassino (FR), 3rd - 4th October 2009.
· Format
3D pilots from all over the World are invited to compete in 3DX, the world format of 3D Masters.
Entrants must choose 5 on 40 manoeuvres, visible here http://www.fly3dx.com/setManoeuvres.htm without limit to K factor and will also have to fly a 3 minutes Freestyle.
International Judge from UK, Mr Nigel Fraser Ker and Pilots as Luigi Rungi, Daniel Katzav, Danny Szabo, Smith Brothers UK (Sinchro Flight night & day) already confirmed their special presences.
Also this year Night flight competition with fireworks show
Winner will be unanimously elected by spectators.
Competitors other than perfom in Set Manoeuvres and Freestyle rounds, due to the 3DMasters Format, will take part, for the first time in the World, in the unique and innovative specialty called MIDAIR TRIATHLON Show.
Pilots will have to fly a 3 minutes flight just like that:
Men in blades (1 min)
Fast and furious (1 min)
Blade stop ... and go (1 min)
First minute is at completely pilot own discretion.
The aim is giving maximum spaces to all pilots fantasy helped by his caller, personal assistants, supporters performing a very special skit.
Second minute pilots will performe 30 seconds elevator tic tocs (lateral view) and 30 seconds aileron metronomes (front rotor head view)
This is the moment where you must prove yourself faster
Let scream your flybars
Third last minute will be characterized by the best breathtaking autorotation you could do.

The competition will be limited to only 25 participants due to time availability.

Registration fee will be €50,00 (2 lunches included).
