From the time we started making motors, we have been continuously testing motors offered by nearly all the significant brands in the world. Today we can see where we stand in terms of competitions on the market. Until this day we have not once published any of the test results nor did we publicly compare our motors to other motors, regardless of how good or bad the competitors performed, as I believe such conduct to be improper.
In 2007 we introduced the HK2221 series, Align started to bash us publicly in their Align forum and the negative propaganda goes on to this date, for the last 5 years I kept silence and did not publicly defended ourselves, regardless of how ridiculous their accusation were. But now they went so far as to directly attack us with their motor exchange program.
First it started in Taiwan, naming directly our HK45 series motors. They then saw the reaction this caused in the public and amongst us and our fans just to turn and say no such promotion ever took place,etcâ?¦ and then changed to say any motor of any brand can be exchanged in Taiwan.
After this announcement then they introduced the
( "Ultimate" motor exchange program ) in other countries , funny thing is we named our 4525 size motor the HK4525-520 "ultimate"

So for me, nothing has changed in this "Marketing-strategy" by Align. They are continuing their negative campaign against Scorpion, we have tested the Align 800MX and contrary of what I believe was the right thing to not publish results of other motor makers, this time I am publishing it, i'm not hiding behind some Forum avatar, any one can easily reproduce this test to verify and see the results. In the test, you will see how their motor perform at the published Spec, I can only say the results speak for themselves. I am sure you can guess what the how they scored?
It is up to the consumer to draw their own conclusion after seeing the videos we made, but for me, specifications are a set of information that should be based on facts and not based on some marketing slogan! watts are watts, Amps are Amps, it's not by printing some nice advertisement and making up some nice marketing slogan that magically a motor will run at higher watts or Amps..
